Account Status
While the registration is active, the Customer maintains lifetime account status. Orders Placement, Timing & Price
Management of Significant Events
Traders must close all positions for associated symbols listed on our website no later than two (2) minutes before the release of significant economic data, as indicated on the economic calendar.
Further Guidelines
Additional important releases or events, along with their associated symbols, are regularly updated on our website. New positions must not be opened during these events before and during the two (2) minutes following the economic release.
Market Hours and Closure
All positions must be closed no later than two (2) hours before the market closes. For example, every Friday, at 2200h, all FOREX positions must be closed. If the market remains halted for over two hours, traders must refrain from holding any open positions.
Enforcement of Rules
We reserve the right to close positions or terminate accounts that breach the challenge rules or trading agreement outlined above.
Off-Market Prices and Collusion
Trades executed at off-market prices will be cancelled, and any resulting profits or losses will be annulled. Engaging in hedging strategies, such as holding opposing positions in different accounts, is strictly prohibited. Any such practice will immediately close related positions and may lead to account termination for violating challenge rules or the trading agreement.
PointParabolic Evaluation and Verification
Activation of PointParabolic Evaluation
Upon payment for the selected PointParabolic Evaluation option, the Customer will receive login details for the Trading Platform via email or the Client Platform. To activate the PointParabolic Evaluation, the Customer must initiate the first demo trade on the Trading Platform.

By opening the first demo trade, the Customer explicitly requests the Provider to fulfil the Services before the withdrawal period expires, affecting the right to withdraw from the contract as elaborated in Clause 17.
Access Suspension
Failure to activate the PointParabolic Evaluation within 30 calendar days will result in access suspension. Access renewal can be requested via the Client Portal or by emailing at [email protected] within 6 months of the initial suspension. If not, the provision of the Services will be terminated without the possibility of a fee refund.

The PointParabolic Evaluation duration is unlimited. However, failure to place a trade order within ninety (90) days immediately following the account’s activation will result in termination without the possibility of a fee refund.

Review for Success
Provided that the above conditions are satisfied, the PointParabolic Provider will review the Verification for success, and the Customer may be proposed for the PointParabolic Trader program.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to adhere to the conditions outlined above during the PointParabolic Evaluation will result in an unsuccessful evaluation, denying the Customer subsequent PointParabolic Verification access. Non-compliance with the conditions specified above in Clause 11 during PointParabolic Verification will result in an unsuccessful evaluation, and the Customer will not be considered a candidate for the PointParabolic Trader program. In either case, the Customer’s account and Services will be terminated without the possibility of a fee refund.
