Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for users who have not started the challenge or made trades. If you fall within this category and are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

After this initial 30-day period, refunds are impossible except for technical bugs and overpayment issues.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email address associated with your account
  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 14 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process it via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that under no circumstances is changing the payment method possible.

Non-Refundable Instances

Refunds will not be provided in the following instances:

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your account or request cancellation via email.
  • Premature Termination: If you terminate the use of our services prematurely, such as by not completing the evaluation or verification,
  • Failure to Meet Conditions: If you fail to meet the conditions of the Evaluation or Verification.
  • Violation of Terms: If you violate our General Terms and Conditions.
